Went from my favorite Cheese Steak in town.. to I'll never go back...

I don't know what is going on with the recent changes but it hasn't effected just the menu, the food taste horrible now also.

The guy cooking was eating at the same time, the Cheese Steak didn't come with cheese(wiz).....  the steak tasted awful, The cheese that came with the fries was water... When I asked, he said it wasn't mixed yet and was nice enough to give me another after mixing it, but it was still water with cheese clumps. 

I could not stomach it and had to throw it away.

The best steak sandwich I've had in years! Would love to have one closer to Philly or in Reading Pennsylvania.

The meat was absolutely disappointing as it was dry and flavorless. They barely add lettuce and cheese. Tastes nothing like a traditional philly. Prices are also a bit overpriced as I paid well over 20 bucks for two subs and an order of fries. Look elsewhere for legit philly subs.

Philly steak was the worst,  greasy and cheese  tasted old.  I ordered a regular Philly 11 dollars for just the Philly, a big tall guy at the counter took my order same guy made my order and didn't ask me if I  wanted anything on it, I should have gone somewhere else.  Not customer friendly at all.

The sandwich was good. However, not what I ordered. The sandwich that I ordered stated that it can with fried hot peppers. It was delivered with banana peppers that were not cooked even. When I went to ask for hot peppers just to add to my sandwich the cook told me those were the hot peppers. That some people can't handle the heat. I simply don't understand why they would advertise as fried hot peppers then. It's very misleading and the entire reason I ordered that particular sandwich.
