Poor Tony he doesn’t have manners. I said “Hello” TWICE the moment I arrived and he didn’t answer back. I know he heard me. Instead, he only asked what I wanted and didn’t even take initiative to greet a customer. Jenna was nice and had better manners. The smoothie had big chunks of ice but I guess the flavor was ok. I still like the place although this guy Tony needs some training.

Whenever I go to Miami from to Tampa, I stop at the Naples Golden Gate exit and go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Turns out there are 2 at this exit. So, when you're heading south on I-75 and turn right, you'll get to this location. (If you go left there is another one that is newer and directly next door to Publix, so that's convenient. There is a Publix in the next plaza at this location. Got it?) I know I'll always get a good smoothie when I come here, but this location smells. Literally smells. It's like the sewer is backed up...I don't know, but when you sell food the restaurant needs to smell like your food or like nothing. Bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. However, looks like there was some standing water behind the counter in the kitchen.

Love the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Very tasty and the sunrise sunset smoothies are awesome. I will definitely be coming back. The service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly
