I cannot say enough about this studio. Each instructor is so skilled and unique in their own way. They make you feel so comfortable, beautiful, confident and relaxed during the sessions. This studio offers so many levels of yoga and types. Whether you want relaxation or intensity, you can find it at this studio. This place is so so inviting. I even got my boyfriend to go to a class with me and he liked it. They occasionally use essential oils during Shavasana and dedicate workshops to essential oils-which I love. I will definitely be making this studio my frequented exercise/calming destination, and would recommend this studio to absolutely anyone and everyone in the area who is looking for some high quality Yoga instruction in their lives.

I absolutely love Kula.  I joined just over a month ago and I surprised myself by my desire to get there as often as possible.  It is a wonderful environment with a great variety of classes and fabulous instructors.  I was not experienced and was welcomed to try different levels and was given great encouragement from the very beginning.  I absolutely love it!

I love taking classes at Kula Yoga! I enter into such a pleasant atmosphere. All the instructors are uniquely different in leading their class & there are a variety of classes so everyone gets a well rounded yoga experience. I can't imagine life without Kula!!!

I have been wanting to experience a Yoga class for some time and I called and spoke to Debbie who took the time to explain the different levels of classes and was excited to attend. Yoga for beginners with Ola was a perfect class for someone who never tried yoga. I am so happy I found this wonderful studio and look forward to returning for another class.

This is the real deal. I go almost every day. I walk out feeling taller, younger, more grateful for my life and ready for me day. I just found yoga 2 months ago and I am 53. The very best thing I can say about yoga is that it is everything I hoped it would be and Kula is proving to be a perfect place for that: stretching, strengthening, personal growth.
