You get what you pay for, so don’t complain if the place is small and sometimes crowded. But if you can pick your hours and concentrate on the workout, this is amazing value. The staff is mostly friendly and responsive. 
The amount of bros is acceptable and tolerable. I don’t think you’ll regret coming here unless you want to cancel, but that’s the story with most small gyms.

This gym is exactly what I was looking for! It is open 24/7 and only cost me $15 a month with no contract. The staff is always helpful and will answer any questions you have unlike other places. I really like how they keep the place spotless as well!

Love this place!! Extremely clean club and the trainers are phenomenal.  I have been working out with Liz for the last 6 weeks and have already lost 15lbs.  Im so glad I decided to join this gym over the others in the area.

This gym is perfect because it's never busy and I get 24/7 access.  By 10 o'clock at night I basically have the entire gym to myself.  I used to be a member at Xsport and have to deal with a crowed gym even at night.  Ever since joining workout anytime I'm able to get better workouts.  They have all the same equipment as Xsport but it's newer and not as packed.  I just wish they played the nuance louder but I guesss that's what headphones are for.

They would not honor their refer-a-friend promotion and no matter how many times I followed up reminding them, they never credited me the free month. Cancellation was a nightmare, and I feel terrible for my friend who I referred because she too had a very difficult time getting her membership cancelled. I had to go in person to my bank, trips to the front desk, phone calls/emails/letters to corporate and they still did not honor their promotion. I sent the certified letter to cancel and they still charged me the yearly renewal fee after. Staff only ever gave us the run around. This gym is convenient but has little integrity. They are often packed after regular work hours, and their "free fitness assessment" is nothing more than a sales pitch. They cancelled classes I showed up for because not enough people arrived. The bathroom ceiling tiles have visible mold. With the sign up fee, the yearly fee, and the monthly fee, this gym is also not as affordable as they advertise.

I referred a total of 4 people- three of those at once. The day I referred those 3 I confirmed with the front desk that I would receive the referral credit of 1 month each for them. When I continued to be billed the next month I followed up to find they had decided to no longer honor the refer-a-friend promo and instead had entered me into a raffle for sports tickets without telling me.

They had a customer appreciation day where they misled people into thinking they would be given free items for attending, but really it was a raffle for free things. I did get a complementary bag of ads and random supplements, including penis pills for some reason.

The more I think about it, the more things they did that really irked me. I feel they were very deceptive and consciously tried to mislead and confuse me throughout my membership there.
