Second time I have been here. First, they did an excellent job making sure my son's car was ready for his long trip back to college. And, today, I went in for an inspection. They were so fast and they were also friendly and helpful. The new cashier was extra kind as I was not very mobile today and she held the door for me and had them move my car around front when it was finished so I didn't have to walk too far.  They are also very reasonably priced.  Very impressed! We will be back.

I retract my previous statement and review for this Kwik Kar Location. The reason for my change of heart is; as I opened the hood to clean it out underneath and check fluids. I noticed they left a pair of pliers sitting on top of my engine. Probably when they were changing out my serpentine belt. Luckily they didn't fall into any moving components. They must be same type of mechanics from Subaru of Plano. They have the same negligence and poor work ethic.

Today I went to get my oil changed at this location where I have taken all of the vehicles I have owned for years. I have always thought highly of this place but today they surpassed all expectations I have ever had. I purchased something for my vehicle that seemed like an easy install but I didn't have the necessary tools to install it. I asked the employees how much they would charge to install the item to my vehicle. I  was asked to wait while they asked the manager. The employee came back and said; thinking it would be an easy install, it would be no problem that they would install it for me. They asked for nothing. Forty minutes later, an oil change, and closing time and they were still working voluntarily to get it done. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they gave up their own time to ensure it got done. I have never in my life been so honestly impressed with a business and the quality of their employees as I have with these guys. I liked them before but I like them even more now. I voluntarily paid them for their kindness and I am inviting any of my friends who can and will to please show them that service and efforts such as this ultimately pay off in a big way. If you need your oil changed please consider going to this establishment to help show them that their dedication and top notch customer service is appreciated and definitely earns new, repeat, and long term customers. Please let them know that you heard about them through my having shared my experience with you all.  I get nothing from your mentioning my name except for the satisfaction that others appreciate quality businesses and value excellent customer service as I do. Your patronage will help reinforce for this business and hopefully others how important this kind of dedication and service is to us all.

Had a super amazing time at Kwik Kar with the help of the Manager Dwight, out within 30 mins. I had to come here after Jiffy Lupe (Spring Creek , Plano) didn't drain my old oil and I had 8.8 quarts over than what my car needed. So Jiffy Lube sent me here and Kwik Kar to which they were the ones that discovered the 8.8 quarts in my car. Not including coolant in places were it's not suppose to be at. I had to get all the oil drained and get an oil change at Kwik Kar. Manger was the main one working on my car and he allowed me to be on the dock to see everything they were doing (since my last oil change the day before didn't go well). They cleaned all the coolant out, changed the oil, and went on my way. Until my car started to act up, I had to turn around and went back to Kwik Kar and manager asked mechanic to look at it. All in all, they did an amazing job on my new car and was so happy that they could save it before it got worse. They will forever have a returning customer and I will always recommend them to others! - Victoria

Why you shouldn't trust this location with your vehicle.

I went in for a State Inspection, and decided to get an oil change while I was there. It passed inspection, but during the oil change they told me "it threw a rod". This is when they started saying it had a heavy knocking sound when I drove up. My engine was in great condition, it was obvious this was a lie to cover something they screwed up. I mentioned if it had the heavy knocking, why did no one tell me? I would not have gotten the oil change had I known it needed work. That's when I started asking for the owner. They said he would contact me to let me see tapes that would prove they did nothing wrong, but they refused to give me the owners name or phone number. Two weeks later I finally get him on the phone just for him to tell me to "lawyer up".

The technicians at this location whom worked on my vehicle lack the knowledge capable of performing a successful oil change. It is a very basic service and many other local businesses would appreciate your money. I understand mistakes happen and would have been willing to discuss the situation with the owner in order to come to a civilized resolution. However the owner is just interested in making up lies about my vehicle. 

They will not let you see video footage, and they will not accept responsibility for damaging your vehicle. Please remember this when considering services at this location.
