Knew exactly what I wanted. No hassles. Very laid back. Charles was very courteous, and Tom Agnes is a great guy with a sense of humor. As with all used vehicles, I strongly recommend buying their service contract.

Felt well informed about the issues going on with my car. The front desk lady was very helpful in communicating the details and giving me a fair estimate. Mechanics were able to get to my car in a good amount of time despite how busy they were. Thankful for the warranty I received and my car is running great now.
