Kyng's Grill

Staying at a local hotel and found a Groupon for Kyngs Grill and decided to try out with a group. Came in a little before dinner so we ordered with the bar Fatima was amazing! as there was no servers yet. Everything is brought out in to go containers with plastic utensils. Appetizers were really good, got calamari and bruschetta, for dinner. Beef tips and salmon were really good, pizza was alright normal hotel pizza. Lobby is a really nice place to sit with the large atrium and waterfalls. Would not be a first choice for dinner on 192, but definitely better than the reviews make it.

We had a great time. I was a little hesitant reading the bad reviews but I purchased the Groupon and went on a Saturday. First off I want to let you know Kyngs Grille opens at 5pm that’s one thing they have to fix on google. Service was great, Nicole was our server she was very nice and did an Amazing job explaining what was included in our coupon and what we could substitute on the drink menu. We ended up getting Margaritas which were delicious definitely tasted the alcohol and after 2 we were very happy . Besides the good drinks food was a good portion and delicious. The menu is limited as you can see on the photo, the mashed potatoes were garlicky and full of flavor the French fries on the burger were fresh hot and crispy burger and beef tips were great. I’m glad we purchased the Groupon. We will definitely be back to eat here. Great job!

Me and hubby took our 1 yr old kiddo here tonight. It took almost 20 mins for somebody finally show up to take our order. The food was not good, overcooked and no flavor, we didn't get drink refilled either. However, BE AWARE!! They charge 18% tips without asking at the end.

This is a hidden gem of a hotel restaurant. The dinner entrees were delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Please give this restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

The only thing that was lacking, were the hours that they were open. I understand things are different at the moment. But on the weekend I would assume they would be open from mid morning to evening close. It would have had been nice to get mimosa or a bloody Mary with a nice brunch/appetizer. That's why I only gets a four star. Food delicious. Prices for a hotel fabulous. Staff friendly.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend it for animal. That is food. Had seasoning ! server seem confused as hell . The runner runner drink was awful . Just bad terrible place . RETURN to Sender !!!!!

If you're looking for a homestyle Thanksgiving meal, don't dine here. The sweet potato dish, which is advertised as casserole is nothing of the sort. There is barely any flavor, nonetheless any amount of sugar or sweetness. The turkey and ham were good, right on par with some of the best I've had, but the sides are a don't, unless you plan on eating stuffing until you're full. Dessert is a must though. Sweet potato cheesecake was the best part of the meal.

the service with the coupon does not sit well with the servers, although in addition to the 2 coupons that we bought they charged 62 dollars of tip, apparently using this coupon service is frowned upon for those who attend, they delayed us the food, the server Fatima treated one of us very badly, argued with her until making her feel bad and so the rest of the group, brought her the drink when dinner was already finished and just because we reminded her, they took the dishes before we finished the food, the food took a lot, I did not come to see if we need anything else. It really was sooo bad attention and after feeling so badly treated, having to pay 62 dollars tip is unacceptable. They were many issues, you can let one or two pass, but until the end they delayed to bring the account after delivering it to the other customers in the restaurant. I do not recommend the restaurant or at least do not use it with the cupon service they offer because they will feel very discriminated.

I purchased a GROUPON for this. The instructions SPECIFICALLY SAY that you have to call for reservation. I have called 5 times. The first two times, I left a voicemessage. The third, fourth and fifth time, I spoke with someone at the hotel as no one was answering at the restaurant. The hotel staff said that I do not have to do a reservation, but when I told them that it is for a Saturday, they said I will need it. They transferred my call to the restaurant and no one answered. Horrible customer service. I won't be going there and thankfully, Groupon refunded my purchase.
