I just wanted to say this establishment provided me excellent customer service. I am very pleased with how accommodating they have been. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this location to all my friends looking for flowers in the Washington DC metro area.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I have been trying for a week now to get my flowers delivered to my home. The first time L'Enfant Florist tried to deliver my flowers I was not home so the driver left a notice. I called back to inform them I was home but they said they would not be able to deliver the flowers until the next day. I provided my neighbor's information (name and apartment number - 510) and said deliver my flowers to that address. These idiots delivered my flowers to the apartment 509 instead of apartment 510 like I had said to do. Now I have to wait until Wednesday, May 28 for L'Enfant Florist to screw up another delivery.
