I love shopping and Petals, Ribbons and Beyond. The owner is friendly and offers suggestions for gifts. My daughter likes shopping there too because she can find things in her "price range"; she's 8 years old. The delivery service is great and yes, timely. As an event planner, I have brought my brides to Sara.  They are always pleased.

The day after Thanksgiving, I arrived at 10:00 when they opened, looking for some flowers to make table arrangements for my mother's 100th birthday on Saturday.  Sara Lucas was very helpful and placed a special order for my flowers to be delivered to her shop by 12:30 the same day.  When they arrived, she demonstrated how to arrange them and suggested local stores where I could get other supplies.  Her prices were very reasonable.  Later, for Christmas I ordered a bouquet by phone - it was gorgeous and timely delivered.  Wonderful shop, that lives up to its name.

No one provides better customer service than Sara. She goes above and beyond every time to make sure you are more than satisfied with your flowers.  All of the staff are wonderful at PR&B - we're so lucky to have this gem of a flower shop in Brookland!

I love love love Petals Ribbons & Beyond! They have the best customer service. My father ordered me a congratulations plant and it started to die. I called them and explained the situation and Ms. Sara Lucas had the plant picked and replaced with another plant the next day! Her employees are warm and considerate as well. I will use them when ever I need to order flowers.
