My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Marchese working directly with Ian, he was great! Ian really spent the time to work with us and find a great vehicle for us. Though we  end up purchasing a different  
 brand of vehicle. We had a great experience with this dealer!

I purchased a new truck from them and the overall experience was excellent. This was the third dealership I had gone to in my search for a new truck. This one stood out from the others. First I was greeted the second I walked thru the door unlike the other dealerships I had been to. Everyone was friendly the salesman was polite and easier to talk to as a person not a salesman just trying to push me into a sale. They worked with me and my financial needs getting me into the truck at the budget I could afford. After the purchase they still continued the friendliness. Going over the features of the new truck showing me around the service area and meeting the service manager for when I need service or concerns about my truck. Overall the money part will be almost the same everywhere you go but the care and concerns for their customers made them stand out above the rest.

Had a problem with my leased vehicle brought it in for full radiator replacement. Received a loaner car, with some confusion on there part, the owner Larry marches calls me threatening to have me arrested if I don't return his vehicle. While in the meantime nothing was fixed on my car. Don't be fooled they put on a nice front but could care less of anything else.
