Called this store 1/2 hour before closing to purchase and ship a parka that was out of stock online. And it was the last day of the winter sale! Ryan very professionally handled my order, rang up the sale price and packed my parka. It arrived 3 days later, earlier than promised, in perfect condition and all with one phone call. Thanks Ryan for the great experience.

How can you go wrong with a high quality product and a return policy that is unbeatable?  You can't. I love the winter coat I got, it is light weight and packable.  Each family member has a backpack and get much use out of them.  We are fans!

Be careful. The 100% gurantee is no longer honored. I was turned away after my ll bean brand shoes fell apart, lost eyelets, after less than a year of limited wear. Inferior workmanship or materials is not covered like it used to be.
