Nice Best Buy. Friendly staff, clean store, well organized.if you plan on buying electronics here, do your research online, buy online, and pickup in store. It will save you a lot of time and energy not having to deal with salespeople. Best parking is in the back. The front parking lot seems a lot more cramped if you drive anything bigger than an Accord.

I went in to purchase a SIM card for Virgin Mobile phone. They didn't have one which I understand it's rare item probably and told me I could probably get one online fair enough. On the way out I decided to just buy a new Virgin Mobile phone and when I went to the cashier she was pleasant enough but couldn't get the phone to work or to initialize or whatever they have to do when they scan it in. She took it over to another place where the girl also couldn't get it to work. After a while another fellow came over and was able to finally scan it in. overall I got what I needed. I will say there's an awful lot of employees there and they seem to be as a group not all that eager to help.

I've only been to this best buy twice but both times the employees were extremely helpful and efficient in helping me find what I needed. The first time I went the girl at the cellphone counter helped diagnose the issue with my phone after I had just been at the Verizon store where they told me I needed a whole new phone. All I needed was a $15 new battery.

The staff at this Best Buy are among the best of any Best Buy I have been to. Like all of them, some of the employees could just care less and do the minimum, but this location has the most that truly seen interested in helping you. The appliance team specifically is amazing.

Other than PA sales Tax, great store. Problem is that it takes the same amount of time to go to the BestBuy in DE so to save money I prefer not to pay tax. I use this store if the DE store does not have the item I want in stock.
