Steer Clear.  These guys are not there to help you.  They are salesmen working on commission for a company called LPL Financial out of Boston.  They will claim to be selling you a variable annuity issued by and guaranteed by the Prudential Insurance Company of America.  What they are actually selling is a variable annuity issued and guaranteed by a company called PRUCO Life Insurance Company of New Jersey who “is solely responsible for its own financial condition and contractual obligations”.  Don’t be fooled by the Prudential Logo on the contract.  Read the fine print.
