I love this spa! I have had only wonderful experiences here. Everyone is always so nice and professional. Just walking in the door makes you feel good! I also love all of the products they carry, including Obagi. I drive all the way from Palmetto to go here and it's definitely worth the drive. Love it. I had the best facial ever here.

Nice environment but the medical treatments here leave a lot to be desired. We had just moved into the area and based on reviews I thought I would give the place a try. I had 2 injections of juvaderm and some botox done by Michelle. The juvaderm turned out lumpy and not as smooth as in other facilities I've used in the past. The botox created some very dark bruises which hadn't happened before, along with excessive bleeding and blotchiness. After 3 months I still have dark brown spots around my eyes where the Botox was injected. When I pointed out my concerns trying to understand the cause I was basically told by Michelle that it could be worse and to count my blessings that I didn't have more serious problems. Really?? Not very professional at all. I suspect that my problems were due to her negligence and sloppy technique rather than luck. Maybe if she stopped looking in the mirror all the time she might do a better job?? Won't be going back.
