Not very happy with this salon. They aren't all that welcoming, speak very little during your visit, even when you try hard to be nice and get the conversation going. My nails were done to satisfaction (except one that already chipped after 3 days) but their color choices were terrible. I was given one board choice of gel colors. I asked had she any more and was told no. I pointed out a color I liked and would prefer without glitter and surprise, surprise - she found one! The last straw was the cost. $50 for a fill! Yep, $50 for a "FILL". Ridiculous! Won't be going back here nor will I be recommending either.

So rude and disrespectful. The guy doing my nails didn’t do the style I want and had the nerve to be upset when I reiterated the design I wanted. He did not give me color options.  He stated they were sold out of 5 colors I wanted. He pretended like I was not event here. He wouldn’t even look at me to give me answers to my questions. He was short and made me feel unwelcome. I will never go back to that place and will make sure none of my friends and family do.

I love this place , they are very friendly and professional . I read some one comment and mad at them because the hours.  On website they said close at 9 pm but by the mall hours winter season they will close at 8pm and will return to normal hours at April. So dont be so mad at them. Everyone have life.

I have been to many different nails spas in the Colorado Springs area, and LV nail and spa is by far the best place I have been to I won’t go anywhere else now. As male going into a nail spa I alway get rushed service so they can move on to the next customer but at LV nail I was able to relax and enjoy ever moment of my pedicure money very well spent in my opinion.

I had a great experience! I booked my appointment in advance so I was able to just go in and  get my nails done. Rachel did an amazing job! i got compliments on my nails regularly. They lasted for a while. The only reason why i needed them replaced is because my bare nail was showing underneath. Rachel does a fantastic job and makes sure you are well taken car off. I highly recommend her!
