my mother and i went there and when we were seated for our pedicures the tubs weren’t cleaned, there was dead skin and hair so they moved us. the other seats had crumbs all over them and the employees just pushed it into the sink. while we were getting our toes down the guy was exfoliating my feet and he scrubbed my feet so hard that he actually ripped the skin off my foot and it began bleeding. he kept picking at the skin by my toenails to the point where it would hurt. he kept calling me “honey” and “baby” which i believe is inappropriate since i’m only 18. the man doing my mother’s toes had no gloves on and kept rubbing at his nose with his hands that touched my mother’s feet. he barely did much of an exfoliate or a massage. over all our experience was very bad and we will not be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here tonight to get matte nails. He gave me duck nails. I walked in at 7 pm, and the guy didn’t talk to me the ENTIRE time because he was too busy watching the basketball game. Then he cut them WAY too short, and the paint looked awful. The entire staff was smiling and talking about me right in front of me while laughing. I didn’t like how my nails looked so I told him I’m not paying, and he proceeded to tell me I HAVE TO PAY OR HE’S CUTTING MY NAILS UP. Then he reached for my hand and cut them without asking me. I had plans at 830 and it was already 845 when this happened so I walked out with my chopped up nails. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I feel like I was  assaulted tonight.

Loved it! Had my full set done elsewhere before coming here and they were big and bulky! When I came here to have them fixed Vee did amazing!!! She made my nails look so natural and they were so light wieght. I asked for a specific hombre coloring and Vee made it happen! My nails came out exactly as I wanted. Love this place and would recommend it to everyone. Staff was friendly!

I went here two times, the first time they did excellent loved it. Second time, they lasted 2 weeks tops, and he was not gentel what so ever. I had a very visible hang nail and he squeezed it for grip, my second experience ruined my liking for this place, I do not recommend it.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!  From the moment I walked in, they were very rude then once I sat down the person who did my nails was rushing the entire time and he even had to redo a couple of my nails because he messed them up because he was rushing. Then he also messed up my nail polish and instead of taking off the paint and re-doing it, he just put on more nail polish over top, making it impossible to dry.  If you want good quality nails, with good costumer service, do not go here!
