This was truly a disappointing customer service experience. This was my first time visiting an Ulta Beauty store; and I was just accompanying a friend. I found a perfume at a great price and decided to buy it. I even double and triple checked the price before I went through with it because it seemed like such a good deal. I went to check out and it rang up as almost double. I let my cashier, Anna, know that I thought it was incorrect and she quickly assured me that I had either grabbed the wrong product or the wrong size. I was pretty sold on the perfume though so I just bought it. Then I went and checked the display and sure enough, I was right about the price, size and product. So I went to get a portion of my money back and the most unpersonable customer service was given to me. The cashier was Sonja and they required me to become a rewards member, when I didn’t want to be, just so I could get my money back. Overall bad experience, I doubt I’ll ever visit one of these stores again.

Not helpful. I came looking for a certain product that I purchased at a different Ulta in Florissant. I was disappointed after not finding it myself. The lady I asked for help finding it could not either and said some stores carry slightly different products. She then said sorry and walked away. I thought she would have helped me pick out a different foundation similar to the one I really wanted but she just walked away without any further helpfulness. Next I asked a different lady if they could look up & see if my product is at other stores. She said the computers can’t do that & that I can always “call myself, google will call anywhere...” basically I got the overall impression that no one wanted to go even above average to help a customer out even when they are seeking help.

Terrible experience.  Sales girls come up for a minute. Explain the product and then say if you need help, call them. Suggestion would be to hire somebody over the age of 35 that would understand what older women are looking for.  One woman was left helpless when asked a question about ' radiance". Flipping answer that  it  depends on your age???!  . Is this a store that wants to cater to young wonen??? 
My dermatologist recommended Ulta to go with Derlamablend.
No help from Ulta. Maybe I can seek out someone else that can help me.
