This Bakery is incredible. A wide variety of desserts. The place is small but very organized. The work team is very professional and provides excellent service. In addition to desserts, they also have beaf and chicken pastries and a tasty Cuban Sandwich. Also a tasty guava pastries. Food: 5/5
Really good bakery fresh bread and pastries coffee always hitting right. And they have specials throughout the week..Food: 5/5
Service was lacking probably because everyone seemed to disappear for lunch but considering it is a place where customers go to order lunch maybe they should consider taking different hours or shifts to not leave people waiting around for orders. I understand we did order a lot of stuff but still, a half hour wait was a little too much, and there was nobody around to ask for the status of the sandwiches. Smoothies were done first so by the time we got the food, they were gone. Anyway, I was excited to visit this bakery bc of how good the reviews were but I do not know if I would come back based on my experience with service alone. Food was good but not exceptional. Bakery items were better and everything was fresh.
In the mood for Cuban pastries, and finger food. Went to Angelito's authentic Cuban bakery. The place was clean, neat, and all the attendants looked professional, and catered to your needs. A lot to choose from. Everything looked fresh. i ordered a Cuban sandwich made to order. A Masterva a mate like-tea soft drink, cold. Ordered guava pastries, cheese pastries, and guava/ cheese patties. Everything was delicious, yummy, tender in texture, and tasty. They offer a variety of pastries, breads, sandwiches, fruit shakes, soft drinks, and definitely cafe or coffee with milk or however you want it. I'll definitely comeback. There's so many Cuban delicacies to choose from.
First time here and the pastries were as fresh as I've ever tasted. fantastic Cuban sandwiches also. This place was packed with locals but they had several staff members to accommodate everyone quickly. The prices were very reasonable and there was a very large variety of pastries to choose from. If you're looking for these types of pastries and Cuban sandwiches I would highly suggest you give this place a try
My best friend and I went to Angelito’s today hoping for a great slice of cheesecake. Unfortunately, the “cheesecake” was awful! It was dry, lacked flavor, and was WAY overpriced, even if it would have been the best cheesecake we had ever eaten. We are very disappointed in the quality, especially with such a high price!Food: 1/5
This place has lost the plot. The food quality is sub-zero! If you order a "cuban sandwich" the meat tastes old and/or of poor quality! They press it too much so that the bread is a thin, hard plank of wood. Way over priced for the quality of food and the service. The one girl waited on me and a friend and all the other girls just walk around and act as if, "your not my customer". No smiles, no hellos, no, be right with you in a moment, nothing, nada! Remember the community your serving. This isn't Seminole Heights or Hyde Park! EDIT: Response to owner, There seem to be your problem. Instead of taking people's "opinion" with a grain of salt, why not take them into proper consideration, look into the problem to see if theres something that can be tweaked to make things better. I don't leave a negative review because I'm board. Look at some other reviews. Your standards have slipped.
I have been going to this place for like 5 years now and always meet my expectations. I brought a big cake to my work place none of them are hispanic so they never tried something like it and they loved it, some of the went there to get one for their families. The place is small but is a to go place which make it the right size. The location is really good and easy to find. Clean place and the staff are very friendly and have knowledge about the products. The quality is very high. I love this Bakery is my favorite in Tampa. The breakfast OMG what can i say that coffee is AMAZING and the toast are delicious. Best Cuban breakfast you can get in Tampa Florida. Super mega highly recommended to any nationality person anyone will love this place is the best.
Pretty good bakery in Tampa. However, they hire some really tired, bored, rude girls to work the counter. It's that Miami Cuban feel. I stood there for 25 minutes on one side of the store with three other customers, and they walk by and look at us. Since the renovation, they only serve on the other side, but they ring you up on this side. The food is worth it, but the service attitude sells me out of going here. It would have been nice to see a sign or have one of the three girls who saw and ignored us all tell us that we needed to get in line on the new side. I REALLY hated leaving a tip this time. Really. Parking: Few spots to park in and mostly legally blind drivers in the parking lot so watch out for your car and limbs
I had an order done for a Cake and some cupcakes and all of my instructions were disregarded. The only thing they complied with was the dinosaur theme but got the colors on everything completely wrong. The front desk lady only said sorry after we were leaving, but did not offer any solutions or discounts for their mistakes, even after she saw our instructions written on her paper order and saw the colors were wrong. The Cake was nothing too great either by the way, the only good part was the layer of Dulce de Leche. The frosting was made with Permanent ink, my fingers remained stained even after washing with soap. I have purchased other goods from here and was always satisfied, but they messed it up big time this time around.
