La Colombe Coffee is one of my favorite coffee spots in town. I was so into their draft latte and bought dozens of latte cans at home. The decor of this location on Prince street is super narrow-spaced with a limitation of 5 customers at one time. There was a long line when we visited on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was bad.
The worst customer service and a complete lack of respect for their neighborhood. They allow their patrons to litter outside of their store, and refuse to keep the area clean. I have now asked twice for them to start cleaning outside of their store. Each time they’ve agreed, and each time they’ve refused to actually take on this necessary responsibility. Show some respect to a neighborhood in which you do a lot of business
The barista was friendly but I can’t comprehend how they STILL don’t let you sit inside and don’t have a bathroom. It’s a bit ironic they sell meticulously “crafted” coffees but don’t even offer basic human amenities… the latte I ordered tasted like milk too, the only good thing was the almond croissant
Oatmilk draft latte was life changing, inspired me to get a whole nitro keg setup because we don’t have la colombe at home so I gotta make it myself at home you know. The cans don’t compare so don’t even think about it. Simply the smoothest texture that just melts in your mouth and will make the entire cup disappear in an instant.
Cute spot with 3-4 dine-in tables. Opens early so good for a morning take out!
The place is well decorated, not to much space. I ordered a Mocha, not very tasty. It was like a normal coffee.
Their draft latte was amazing. It didn't have any bitterness of coffee. I thought it was perfect for hot summer days.
My go-to for coffee in the area - their draft lattes are the best!
Rude service , i don’t know if they changed the croissant also but the croissant and the almond croissant were dry.
I just had a oat Latte it’s not what it used to be. I asked the baristas why it taste’s different, they told me it’s because they changed the milk brand. But im still suspicious about it. I will never go again.
