I went in and spoke to Nelson and I have never had such a great customer service experience from the moment I went into the store and till the moment I walked out the door. I have been in Customer Service for about 15 years and that is the best experience I have had ever

The guy at this store is a fricken idiot I'm trying to save time by calling first to see what they have and he puts me on hold for 5min each for the 1st 2 calls I call the 3rd time to tell him not to put me on hold and he tells me he has 3 items of what I'm looking for I tell him I just need to know the model numbers then proceeds to tell me he can't find out if he doesn't put me on hold makes no damn sense I'm not driving all the way down there to waste gas and time if you don't have the model I'm looking for owner needs to fire this fool FYI I called at 6pm

Average wait times are 10minutes, this can be improved.  They will low ball a bit but do take care if there regular customers.
