Most times their coffee is good. They also mostly have the bagels you want along with probably have the donuts you want. It seems their inventory goes quick. Probably a good thing. Their sandwiches are alright. Nothing to be worried about. If they don't have what you want there is bound to be something else you like. It's ok. Did like their frozen coffee that was very good.

By far the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to. Been going to them for two years and everyday its something new. When are they going to get it together? Whoever hires the employees there needs to be fired, the customer service is horrible, the orders are always wrong, the employees are so unprofessional ( I really don't want to hear what you did at the club last night or what your boyfriend did) Not to mention their stank attitudes. Why are they always so angry at life? What is supposed to be a place of business is the farthest from it. Unfortunately the only reason I still go there is because Starbucks is 10 minutes farther down the road -___- Being that I live in the area I know plenty of people here who ALL FEEL THE SAME about this store. Many refuse to ever go there again and would rather drive down the road to Starbucks. I don't have that sort of time. I myself am a business owner and if my employees ever represented my business the way that they do I would have shown them the door immediately.

Horrible horrible customer service. There's is only one person in this establishment that always gives amazing customer service but he's not there it goes down from there. The guy that I'm speaking off usually works in the window. I wish I remembered his name. Like I said if he's not there, they talk to you like they hate their job. The other day I went to buy a donut and the way the talk through the microphone was just horrible. They said "what you want?" , "nah we ain't got that", I ended up saying thank you and left to another Dunkin' Donuts that clearly had a better customer service. I'm at a point that I rather drive a few more miles before I ever come to this location again. It really doesn't hurt to be nice people

I pull up to the drive thru DD employee: go ahead with your order Me: medium French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and a cup of water DD employee: huh? Me: I repeat myself and then she cuts me off DD employee: cup of water. Pull up to the window I get to the window and it's this beautiful girl but with the only attitude on her face. I couldn't help but laugh because she has probably the worst attitude I've ever seen in a store. I gave her my money and say thank you to her twice she didn't say anything back and then last time she shut the door on my face . I bet she didn't have that attitude during her interview. We are all going through things with Hurricane Irma the last thing we need to do give customers attitude. I hope I am the last customer she gives an attitude to because someone else won't be so nice to her back.
