i felt like a victim after leaving this place. They are frauds. Unprofessional, worst service, and rude. They yelled at me, so loud and obnoxious they made me cry! Not a relaxing spa day like i planned. They are Iranians, most of them do not have a license/cosmetology license (i know because they told me after they fried my hair), only one of them has a license, tells her employers to use her name and license if anyone asks. After $300, my hair was still super flat, they said they gave me a flat perm...um why? how did this even happen? i came for a blow dry and curls, than instead of an apology, they were yelling. I was so uncomfortable so i just left.

I had come across Tandis through Groupon and I called the day I purchased it praying I could get in for my hair to be done in time for my anniversary. I was scheduled for that day even though the salon was technically supposed to be closed and Tandis worked miracles with my hair! I was super course and hard to manage hair and she made my hair so healthy and beautiful! I had the keratin treatment done to my hair as well as a color correction. I had an awful experience at a different salon a month before and I ended up paying $250.00 for the worst balayage EVER! Luckily Tandis worked her magic and made my hair look beautiful again! I posted a picture of what I had paid $250 for at another salon on the top of the collage and the bottom photo is Tandis’ work! I highly recommend her!

Everything was good except that the chair that they put me in didn't have a feet rest.

Love Tandis! Been coming here for about 5 years and im surprised to to see the negative comments but i guess you cant make everyone happy!! You do tend to stay a little longer then you think because she is a talker but its worth it she is very good at what she does!!
