I understand that everyone hair is different and the texture isn't the same. I was a walk in back in late June to get a blow out. This was my first time at the salon and first time getting a blow out. I've been natural for 6 years now. The salon is nice and the stylist are as well. My only and main concerned with the shop was to know the products that was used because my hair is completely damaged and popping off at the root. I went to another stylist in MD explaining the damage done to my hair, she recommend an aphogee treatment which I allowed her to do to see if that will help with the breakage of my hair. That treatment didn't work. My hair is still coming out and I called today (8.30.17) to speak with the manager and I was informed that she is out of town for two weeks. I know it's terrible that I am waiting this long to get back to the salon about this issue. I was very happy in the outcome of the blow but very disappointed in the damages that was done to my hair that I am forced to cut my hair off and start over. I will never get a blow again or let anyone put heat to my just for these reasons.

I love going to this place. Being from NYC it was really hard for me to find another Dominican hair salon in comparison to back home. Until I found Yearnis. She has been taking care of my hair for over a year and I go weekly. Yes it is true that sometimes it is a wait especially on the weekend but she is just that good😊. I found that the less busiest times are Sunday morning and Wednesdays and Thursdays all day unless it is close to a holiday. She doesn't take appointments to be fair and it is on a walk in basis. However she is hiring... if you or someone you know can do a good wash, set, and blowout...please hit her up😏.

I heard fry things about the shop so I decided to see for myself. Great service! My daughter is 10 with natural black hair and she was pleased with how gentle her stylist was that we are going back today. Her hair was straight for a week and everyone thought that she had a relaxer.

I'm not one to leave reviews but after trying so many different places and then finding this place, I feel I'm finally home. Yeranis knows how to work with my hair, which is very curly and difficult for other stylists to manage with the blower. The keratin treatment came out perfect and the haircut brought life to my hair. I've had 3 haircuts already and my hair grows right back (which is a good sign of a well done cut). I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone professional.
