The gym started out fine when it was opened. Fast forward a few years and it really has gone down hill. They don't have a variety of classes offered, classes are constantly canceled.

Bathrooms are nasty specialty the showers and they are a rip off when you bringing other family members , over time they charge extra for family, dont sign up with them , they very dishonest people

Today was a very disappointing day here at LA FITNESS. I was invited by my bestfriend to come and work out at the gym since I was planning on soon switching membership. At first everything seemed very impressive the sauna room, the pool, plenty of machines. One of your sales representatives Timothy, was very polite and very knowledgeable regarding my questions on sign up fees & monthly payments. He gave me a 5 day pass which I wasn't going to use because by the look of the place I was already 100% convinced that this was the right gym for me. Things changed when closing time came. After my work out, i waited for my friend carlos whom was in the locker room. After that we spoke for abit regarding the gym and my experience. Suddenly when we were ready to part ways I realized.. darn.. I left my keys in the gym. I rushed back inside and locate my keys. Literally took me less than 2 minutes for me to find them and walk back to the front door. Suddenly I see the woman who was on the counter when I walked in screaming and yelling how I & my friend were trespassing. She didn't let us explain the situation and continued to say she didn't care and how she was going to call the police. I felt very offended by the way she handled the situation. I tried to apologize and she continued to say she'd revoke my membership. In my head I thought.. hmm it's my first day here and this is the treatment I get? Honestly the place looks real nice. However your representative isn't.

This place is awful trash. They did not want to let me sign up. After I did they charged me $500 per month. They did not offer any 30 day trial, and didn't allow me access to the section of the gym containing weights. Then I went to get classes in the pool area, I was denied access. I definitely DONT recommend this location.

I love this gym! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the Kid's Club staff is phenomenal!! They are attentive, friendly and they take great care of my little one! 
Gym is clean, locker rooms are clean--plenty of cardio and weight machines. A great choice for a family gym.
