The rudest people seam to come here. The woman's locker room always has naked woman. Even in the sauna. That's a public area. We don't all want to see sagging boobs.

BE VERRY CAREFUL WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL TRAINING.  People at the gym level seem nice.  The people at the corporate office are confused and ready to steal your $$$

Don't go here, they are rude, they lie to you to get you signed in, and then after you sign, you are the one to run around for a year of damned contract, you will have to pay half of the full year of training to undo that contract!  So don't get fooled like I did, and think twice when you see a nice smiley face in this location! 

Also, you can't have a peaceful workout without people watching you from all around the top section, the second floor! Very uncomfortable to have a show case while you are sweating and need 20 min to your own! 👀🗣

Been attending this gym for about two months now. I recently started attending their evening classes, they have a variety of different classes you can attend throughout the day. I have tried a few of their cycle classes at different days and different times, but my most favorite is the Tuesday 6:45pm class with Christine P. I have to say that her class is very organized and she never has the same routines or the same music. You never know what to expect and that is what I like, I get bored of the same things very fast. Other instructors are not as organized. The only reason I am rating this gym at a 4 and not a 5 star is that the top level is always way hotter than the rest of the gym. That is where all the cardio machines are located at and it would be nice to have a good AC running.

Meh, nothing special. Very little free weights. Mostly machines. It's cheap though and has an older mature crowd
