I’m so very thankful for this place and these people. All 4 coaches are motivating, kind, tough, and knowledgeable. Orange Theory is a place where I can work out safely and feel confident, even though I am such a novice at anything gym-related. Everything is both guided and standardized, yet totally personalized, so even the most athletic and experienced members are pushed and continue to grow. The workouts are not easy, but I never feel silly or unable to participate. I’ve seen amazing growth in my overall fitness in just 5 months. Plus, it’s fun! 😊 Highly recommend.

No intimidation here, looking to get in shape, look no further. Orange Theory has scheduled group workouts that combine threadmills, rowing and weight/ body weight excersizes into hourly motivating, fun, but challenging workouts. Working out under the oversight of a motivating coach, who helps with form. Working out in the OTF Group setting works great for me!

Love Coach Cory, love the fact I get to use the weights without feeling intimidated or not strong enough (something I struggle with after having kids). REALLY enjoy the cardio aspect and the variations in workouts keep me engaged and interested. Finally, I LOVE seeing the stats and being able to quantify the hard work I put in!!

It was refreshing that people with all levels of fitness were working out together at my first class. I am struggling with weight loss after having my first baby, and was self conscious about my weight. However, I quickly shed my insecurities once I was so warmly welcomed and saw others working out that were similarly shaped. Also, these are group workouts, so the comraderie I can see developing is inspiring, but no one is focused on what you are doing in the class. No need to be self-conscious because everyone is working hard individually and monitoring their own progress. The pace of the class is awesome, and the instructors make the time go by so fast with a different workout 365 days a year! It's really exciting and energizing, the music is great, and everyone there is intentionally committed to making a difference in your life for the better. I love the clean and high-tech facility, and the excellent instructors. The only constructive criticism I would give is I wished the heart rate monitors were included in your already competitive price for monthly packages, rather than having to pay extra to buy it. That was the only disappointment. Other than that, I love this facility and look forward to working with this team!

Such a great workout. But be careful, it becomes an addiction. I go five days a week and still crave more, even though my body says five days is enough.
