This is a nice fitness club. I joined it because I liked the layout. I found I didn’t go though so I went to cancel and they didn’t give me a hard time. They told me I could still use the club for a month and a half until I was paid up. I decided work out since I was there. I realized that I liked the time spent there because it is for me, not my children or husband. I deserve the membership which by the way is very reasonably priced. The staff understood how easy it is to come up with excuses and not go. They said sometimes you have to force yourself to get past that and I listened and I’m glad I did. They are proud of me and encourage me every time they see me.

LA Fitness is by far the best gym I have ever been too. The local big box gyms do not compare to this gym. The personal trainer manager, GM and sales team are the best! Go see my good friend Kesley for an incredible experience! She is extremely professional and eager to earn your trust prior to gaining your business! She’s a rockstar!

Great experience here everytime.  Place is super clean, equipment is well maintained, friendly staff, and Eddie is probably the best personal trainer in Burlington.  Highly recommend.

Awkward layout where 10% of the parking is in front of the door and the other 90% is in the back of the building. The men's change room locker area was small and over crowded compared to other LA fitness gyms. They also don't have the water fountains with the spout that allow you to quickly and easily refill your water bottle.

This gym is a joke. Came in to try out their 7 day trial, and Eric the GM gave us an “extra” 7 days which is a total of 14 days. Signed up November 17 and November 30 was listed as the last day of the trial. Went in November 30 to use the gym, got turned out because it expired that day. So a 14 day trial in LA fitness counting means 13 days. Furthermore, we were contacted an obscene amount of times by a representative from the gym via both phone call and text about buying a membership. The facilities are okay at best. Free weight section could be larger and out of the ‘3’ squat racks only one is a real power rack.  Also none of the mirrors in the free weight area actually go down to the floor so good luck trying to check your form.

For a “higher” end gym, how dirty everything is absolutely appalling. Almost all of the equipment is covered in filth and hair. Noticed quite a bit of gym stuck to some of the cardio machines as well which is beyond disgusting. 

Good luck refilling your water bottle at the 2ft tall water fountain. Even Fit4Less has water bottle refill taps on their water fountains.
