The employee joeseph was beyond on RUDE. First of the gym was disorganized and disgusting. So will not be returning what so ever. Second the employee CALLED ME, was asking me what I though and I told him the truth.. It was dirty, misorganized, etc. He straight up hung up on me. I called back because that pissed me off and was beyond rude. Instead f acting like a professional and a mature human being he was a complete A hole. Will never return to this gym and that employee joeseph is terrible

I joined with 3 year membership in May 2017 which I paid at one time because the sales manager said that I would get free 2 week guest passes in December when my kids come home from college with that package. At the time I joined, my son had his own LA Fitness membership until August 2017 when he went to college. I put their name, phone number and other pertinent informations that they requested for the guest pass. When we tried to use the guest pass for my son in middle of December, the employee said the guest pass information was purged and we need to pay $60 for my son to use the facility. I went in 3 different times when I was joining and sales manager repeatedly assured me that the guest passes will be valid to be used 2 consecutive weeks in December . Very, very disappointed in how they do business!

Too many broken machines, the bikes are always messing up, equiptment parts are missing etc. Get some new pads for squatting... The staff are nice here though at least. LA fitness in general has a horrible turn over rate for staff I can tell. This location is slightly better with keeping their staff.

LA Fitness is a scam job. I have sent in letters to the headquarters twice to resign my membership and it never was processed despite them telling me it would not be a problem. They treat people like widgets. Why does someone have to go into LA Fitness in order to resign. Can't do it over the phone? Simple, they want to upsell you and continue to sell you. This place is a scam job. Really? What bullshit!
