Aim High Studio was founded in 2011, with a mission to offer small, high-quality fitness classes and personal training in a comfortable environment.

Story

Aim High Studio welcomes everyone, all fitness levels from brand new beginner to experienced. Our intimate setting offers a small group experience, with highly trained instructors giving personalized attention to alignment, form and strong work outs, a trademark of Aim High.

At Aim High Studio, we know how important it is to create and maintain balance in our lives, between work, play, family, body, mind and spirit. We have structured our classes to accommodate many different life schedules, for all levels, during different hours of the day. There is something for everyone at Aim High Studio.
We specialize in 3 primary class experiences:
YOGA- All levels Vinyasa, Hot, Basics, TrIII Yoga, Yin Yoga and special workshops.
INDOOR CYCLING- Virtual Spin, Spin X (45 minutes), SPY (Spin Yoga Combo), Spin & Sculpt and Spin & Core
FITNESS CLASSES- Barre Fitness, TRX, Boxing, Sculpting and Strength Training
