This is my usual center where I go to work out. I have been going there for four years now and I can't complain. 

Now, the staff are not that helpful, everything is more laid back. Now, if you know how to train yourself, this is not a problem and in fact it is a positive for me since I didn't come there to talk.

Though, I have to say, some of the classes--cycling, boxing, Zomba, dancing--are excellent and really get your heart pumping! The swimming pool is wonderfully cold and just the right temperature to really get a good sprint going. Also, the sauna, small but fantastic to just relax in. 

Now the cons: from what I have seen of the private trainers always being on their phone or talking with others is a bit distracting if they are right beside you. I think they know what they are doing, but some of the exercises I wouldn't recommend due to risks of damaging yourself.

gym has come a long way in the past couple months, equipment maintenance has been a lot better, cleanliness has improved! I always see cleaning staff and Megan the manager on the floor making sure everything is clean and put away properly. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and smiling when I come in and out. Kids klub staff are amazing with my niece when I bring her.

Edited: Wow, I have been here for about 9 months now, and since writing my first review, this place has gone to another level! More janitorial staff have been added, new personal trainers have been added and the reception has become a lot more professional and friendly! This gym is much better than I had originally reported! Good job!

I like the fact that they have a pool but an important concern. I notice when the pool needs cleaned it can go long periods without being cleaned. Shower walls have black mold. All that is needed is a scrub brush not just a hose down. If no changes I will have to switch to another gym which is unfortunate

Perfect place for gym. lots of equipments and not too crowded in the morning. I love this place and go regularly
