I have been at Crossfit North Burlington for 5 years and started when I was 38 years of age.  It has been a great experience!  I got into Crossfit because my health was steadily declining and had to make a change for the better.  I tried the local gym and boot camps but after going a few times it was hard to stick to it.  At Crossfit North Burlington I quickly made relationships and was looking forward to going the next day.  The coaches helped me learn the movements and enlightened me on nutrition resulting in me loosing over 60 lbs of fat and adding 20 lbs of muscle.  I went from a size 40" waist pant to 33"!!!  Where else are you going to get that kind of result?  If you are looking at improving your health or getting stronger or just be able to keep up with your kids, this is the place, guaranteed!

Moved to the neighborhood over a year ago and wanted to find a good gym and community.  I tried a few around me and ended up loving Crossfit North Burlington. It's a great community (driven but not intimidating) and coach / owner Brad is motivating and really knows his stuff.  I've been exclusively doing the Olympic weightlifting program here and I've loved competing and learning new techniques!  I certainly recommend giving it a try.

I have been a member at Crossfit North Burlington for 2 years and I absolutely love it!!!  
The facility is very nice, fully equipped and always clean. The best part of this place is the community feel.  Everyone is so helpful and motivating and this makes you want to go.  This gym is for everyone, from beginner to advanced.  The small class sizes allow coaches to cater to all individual levels.  I have spent the last 25 years in a regular gym and there is no comparison to Crossfit North Burlington.

Our family of 5 joined in January of 2018 and have loved the experience.  The younger two participate in the Kid Fit Class, my oldest daughter in the Teen Fit class mid-week and then joins my wife and I on the weekend in the adult class.  It has been a tremendous experience for our entire family.  The Coaches pay attention to your form and every move is scalable so beginners should not be intimidated.  In addition, everyone is made to feel very welcome and you quickly develop strong comradery with the entire class.  Training as a family at Crossfit North Burlington has helped develop a stronger family bond and for that I am very grateful.

My wife and I have been training at CrossFit North Burlington for more than 4 years now, and all this time we had nothing but great experiences! The real strength of this gym are the people. Starting with Brad, and continuing with every single coach that we had over the years, everyone has been supportive, friendly and accommodating.  A truly great place to challenge yourself, and make new friends in the process.
