Scam. Plenty of other gyms to join. This one won't let you cancel your membership over the phone regardless if you move or change locations. FIND ANOTHER GYM. THEY WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT RIPOFF

LA Fitness just stole my money yet again...they give you a big lie when you start then trick you at the end of your membership and say you never canceled...they do zero customer service...LA Fitness sucks and they are THIEVES!! Don't go to #lafitness Southside LA fitness is dirty and they are money hungry.

Oh South side LA Fitness...The front desk girl (blonde shoulder length hair), we'll call her "Felicia F**ks it up" is incompetent. Dear Felicia F**ks It up, get off the f***ing phone, stop wasting people's time, and check people in. You can wait to gossip about the rest of the staff and how much you hate your job after you check us in. Or perhaps learn to do both at the same time. It's a BASIC task that can't be accomplished by a less than BASIC staff member. I could have done an ab workout in the time from when I arrived to when I got checked in. Do better! Or LA Fitness, bring back the competent Brunette girl. Sincerely, the rest of the world.

So I signed up online for 7 day free pass. And they kept calling me to come over and get it. So I went there. Instead of 7 day free pass they signed me up for full membership and 2 months billing. When I found out I went to there to cancel it. They did. But they said I had to cancel it within 3 days . While I came to to the gym 5 days aftet signing up. Very disappointing with this place. There are definitely much better and cheaper gyms in Pittsburgh area. DO NOT EVEN GO there. They are a bunch of liars just want your money for crowded and smelly gym
