It is a solid gym has everything you could want for what you pay. Little crowded in the mid to late afternoon so be aware you may have to wait for a bench, but the wait isn't too bad. Staff are courteous and more than willing to answer questions and help where they can. The only downsides to here are the early close times they close at 11 and the smoothie bar/workout supply shop is on different hours than the gym itself. As I said tho it's a good gym and I have no problem reccomending it to a friend or family membern

Great equipment and friendly help. For the price it's a very good value. It lacks some of the more high end features that come with higher prices, but it's a good trade off in my opinion.

I have been a member of several other gyms, and I most prefer LA. The equipment is maintained nicely, the facility is always clean, and there are several machines and weights to use.

Great gym with great regulars who make you feel like part of the fitness community. My daughter loves the kids club which is always clean and friendly.

I post a bad review on here about 6 months ago. They must yave saw my email address and searched it in their system or knew it was me by other means. Need less to say my truck was being messed with after that and had to switch gyms. They were taking the bolts out of my tail light. Not just once but multiple times. I ruled out everywhere i was going day today and this was only happening at this gym. Never had trouble with my truck anywhere else besides there gym and never had problems till posting my review about the corrupt sales reps they have here and also about there PT hogging equipment when they have their own training area and cleaning staff neglecting to clean dirty bandaids, toliet paper, and clumps of what looks to be pubic hair out of the shower. Also this club does not allow you deadlift or rack squat with out complaining. The location has all new stuff but like i had said the workers are very neglegant and gossip/make fun of their members and point guests out all of the time. To the corporate/regional executives who over see this location they leave the main receptionist desk empty all the time and neglect to answer phones in a timely manner which is funny because i see them on their phones majority of the time. One would assume most of the time the associates are being paid to be on break.
