Love it here. I’m able to get in a good workout then hit the sauna when I’m done. I usually work out for about 2 hours. but the other comments that says no one wipes down or puts weights back is true. But I don’t see how that’s the gyms fault. It’s the members.

Gave 5 star because of its variety of work out machines and services...... But they need to revise the personal trainer policy it's kind of forceful on the customers for 12months and way too expensive too.

Not the best LA Fitness I've been too. But to start with the good there's a couple very nice employees always willing to help you out. Also, the pool, hot tub, and saunas are great. The weight room however is not very nice. Smaller and more cramped compared to other locations. There's only one squat rack and one EZ curl bar. The other members are the biggest issue, they are rude, messy, and inconsiderate. They never rerack weights, take over equipment with groups, and rarely wipe down equipment.

Horrible customer service and management. Specifically their operations manager Christina. Shes rude, unprofessional and doesnt even know the rules of LA Fitness, which doesnt come as a surprise since its a black woman who doesnt appear to have exercised a single day of her miserable life. Just collecting a check she doesnt deserve. Before heading into the gym i read the reviews and noticed the low rating, so its my fault for expecting anything different. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. 24hr fitness here i come

Nice front desk guy gave me a tour without being asked. Plenty of cardio machines. Only downside is usually just one of most weight machines. I didn't use the pool or locker rooms.
