I'm really happy with my nails. I got acrylic overlays on my real nails recommended and completed by Ms. Jessica and Ms. Annie painted my nails with the dark blue cat eye gel. I really like how everything turned out. 

This shop is so beautiful and nicely decorated. Everything looks so clean and the sink is really cool.  Thanks!!

Tracy does a good job on my nails. Affordable price and decided to get my eyelashes done by her as well. Lashes are not waterproof but they look good. Lasts a few days and needs a lot of maintenance. Will definitely go back for my nails.

I decided to visit this establishment based on the good reviews that everyone left! But here is my experience so when I walked in it was extremely hot as if the air conditioning wasn't working but I stayed anyway! They started my pedicure right away so that was awesome! The pedicure itself was ok although she cut too much skin off one of my toes no apology afterwards! But my toes look perfect! Next up was my gel manicure fill in! The nail tech didn't rush she actually took her time once everything was dry I always look and inspect my nails before paying! Once I did I noticed that the polish was very uneven my nails looked as if they had been over a week old! They offered to fix them but I had no time because I needed to be at work! I asked for a discount which they refused at least four times! After I stepped out of character they finally agreed to a ten dollar discount! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN 😡

I followed Tracy to this new location and was quickly turned off. Yes, the decor is lovely, however, the quality of customer service is extremely poor. Tracy is one of the best technicians hands down, but she is overwhelmed to the point where appointments are regularly not honored. What's the point of making a 6:00 PM appointment if you have to wait an hour to be seen in the first place?!? Last time I was there, I was pawned off to her sister who is VERY rude (and co-owner btw). The nail spa is supposed to be a relaxing time, yet how can you relax when your technician treats you as though you're a burden?? Unsure if she was having a bad day or upset about something, who knows, but it's NO EXCUSE to take it out on your customer. SMILING IS FREE PEOPLE!! Secondly, cell phone service is spotty and there was no Wi-Fi offered for customers. So I have to be here for 2 plus hours and can't even entertain myself with my phone?? More importantly, as a single mother, I CANNOT be out of reach of my kids. So, for me, this place just won't do. My last gripe with this place is the waxing room where the lighting is soft yellow and in one corner of the room. Not sure if that had anything to do with my eyebrows getting messed up, but I sure did leave with one eyebrow thicker than the other. After I had pin pointed what I did NOT want waxed, it got stripped away anyway! The ultimate deal breaker for me is that instead of correcting the issue, they insist on arguing with you about it. Word to any wise business owner, DO NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. Ever hear "the customer is always right??" My eyebrows are still growing back in from this 3 month old error. Again, LOVE Tracy to death (been her client for over 10 years), but her skills are overshadowed by poor customer service.

Being a new face, they always put you with the most inexperienced nail technician. In this instance, this was the case with me. The lady doing my nails did not know how to shape the nails. She even told me she did not know how to shape the nails the way I wanted them.  The acrylic, was put on my nails so thin that I might as well had gotten a manicure. I had to go to another salon so that they could fix my nails. I will never go back to this location it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
