This location is renewed and has nice machines and layout, but the staff is horrible! Terri is a great looking trainer but I have heard her make inappropriate comments about her clients to other people. At a Body Works Plus Abs class with Theresa V I watched be so rude to a young lady that was new and was not up to speed with her class. She kept looking at her nodding her head no at her. Thats not the only time I've seen her be rude to new people. The cycle class with Gregory was really great! He is funny and always does a great workout. Never in my 4 years with LA Fitness have I seen staff be so rude and arrogant.

I go here for the convenience as I live in the area. There is a lot of room for improvement and most reviews have voiced the areas that need work.  I just wish they would clean better.  Hair, dust and debris is all over the place - machines, mats, floor.

You gotta be kidding??? I was happy with this place for several years until they remodeled and took away half of the floor and half of the machines that I used and put in an exclusive personal training area. You must be assisted by a personal trainer to enter or use this area while everybody else's area and machines were cut in half. Who's brain fart was that? And to rub it in, the personal trainers take their clients into everyone else's area and use their stations. I also notice that the other remodeled La Fitness clubs were done the same way Fortunately my membership expired which I DID NOT RENEW and joined Fitness Nation for about $100 per year less. Also this place has ALWAYS been VERY SLOW to repair machines that are out of order. I noticed that it took several months every time a machine was out of order. Odd that they supposedly have a maintenance person who supposedly comes out each week and maintains equipment. Yeah right.

I've been an LA Fitness customer for about 4 yrs and I have never experiencedI've been an LA Fitness customer for about 4 yrs and I have never experienced such horrible service. My best friend is visiting from Mexico and staying with me, I gave her one of my 1 week guest passes so she could work out with me. We were unable to get in due to the fact that she forgot her wallet with her ID at home. (Our mistake I know) 
One of the salesman just mistreated my friend by asking her how she came into the country, and said that he wasn't going to lose his job over this... mind you this was in front of everyone at the gym. It was absolutely unnecessary, because all it would have taken was a simple "I'm sorry, without an ID we cannot let her in" this is unacceptable..... such horrible

Recently moved here from Frisco. The LA is a lot bigger than the one i came from but a little older. Plenty of equipment and space to do what you need to do. Very accessible from 121 and close to other shops. Overall it is a decent gym. For the price i will stay.
