If I could have everything this club has at my home gym, I'd be beyond happy. This club is well maintained and so is the equipment. Lots of variety, even a cross-fit type seperate area. They are currently remodeling and adding a smoothie bar.

The owners are great - and they've got a great staff. It's a smaller facility, but smaller means better in this case. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new gym to call home - regardless of your fitness level.

I started lifting back in Februrary. Owners and staff are very attentive and personable, even though I'm not on a personal training program. Machines and equipment are always well maintained. Spotify is always open on the computer. LOVE this gym!!

Wonderful workout environment! I have been working out here for almost a year and have seen great improvements under the new management. New equipment has brought a refreshing life to the gym. The staff is knowledge and friendly. They create an environment to help you reach your goals and beyond. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Small gym with modern equipment. Has recently doubled it's size and offers a lot of training options with small class sizes and free options.
