Fine gym. Low price, decent hours, plenty of machines and room. Locker rooms can lack for cleanliness and broken machines can take a while to be repaired but overall pretty good for the price.

Thank you LA Fitness for listening to your membership and keeping a great class, Gina's Total Body Challenge in place. I love the gym and I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean spacious place to work.

Unfortunately, this place does not get maintained properly. Showers are not clean, couple of them are broken (broken faucets). Dry Sauna is dirty most of the time and most probably never gets dusted off and cleaned ever. Cardio and other machines are mainly dirty and dusted. Lockers are not being wiped and dusted either.

I really like this location. It is massive with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The yoga class I took was amazing and the Zumba class was packed. They have lots of cardio equipment and tons of parking. The locker rooms were clean too.

I have been a long time member of LA Fitness having gone to the Farmington, Newington, and Bristol, CT locations for many years. I have just recently moved to the area and finally got a chance to check out the gym in Norwalk, CT. I have never had such a terrible experience. I managed to get someone to go with me to check out the gym and was told that my friend would be allowed to come in as a guest that day without a 24 hour notice even though I have the “VIP Guest” through my membership and we filled out the form earlier that morning. I was told we would have to come back another day or pay a $15 day pass. This is the first location where I was informed, bringing in a guest, that I could not work out with someone and get acclimated to my new home gym without having to pay for a fee with the only other option in being to turn around and come back another day. This is by far the worst customer treatment I have ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to be a member of such a hostile environment.
