Love this place. The staff is great, we are always welcomed by the owner, so that is neat. The food is hot and fresh. Always enough for take-away so you have a nice lunch or dinner the next day. :-) I am a fan of leftovers.

Their chips and salsa is delicious and a treat while starting a drink and waiting on your meal. 

As with all restaurants, people will say I have had better or the flavors are not authentic, etc. To them I say great, enjoy what you like. I like La Fogata and I am always happy to go enjoy a meal there. Try it, I think you will like it.

Not the most friendly place. I was greeted, given a menu, and told that I could sit over there in the corner. A little odd. I placed my order with two different servers. I’m not sure if they didn’t understand the first time or if they were just confused. The salsa was great! The carne aSada was good but not great.  Once served the waitress never came back to see me. After waiting several minutes I finally decided to go up to the bar area and try to pay. 

I don’t think I’ll be back.

Good passable Mexican food,  definitely nothing great, but daily drink specials and a very quick, friendly, accommodating staff make this a nice family dining spot.   Food is plentiful,  just not MY personal absolute favorite.  Give them a try though, you may make it your go to place in WPB.

Great food. It's a local hot spot. Surprised I haven't seen it on Diners, Drive-in, and Dives. Excellent service and food.
