First place I tried when I came to Lubbock and I feel no need to look elsewhere. The salon has a relaxing rustic vibe going on. The staff are wonderful, always willing to talk through what you want and see pictures in order to provide the best experience. I just chopped off 8 inches of hair in order to donate it, and my salonist, Casey, was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Edit: I was called back by my stylist, she wanted to fix my hair. While I am not comfortable going back, I do appreciate that they do care about their customers. This speaks well to their professionalism.

Original comment: I was very disappointed. I recently moved to the area and this is the first salon i tried. I came in for a caramel/light brown balayage and walked out with very blonde highlights. I very emphatically said I did not want blonde and the stylist asked multiple times about the color, so there should have been no confusion. The color goes to within an inch of my scalp, very obviosly not a balayage, I look like I have grown-out highlights. In my inexperience, while watching the stylist, I thought she was blending the color as she went higher than I expected. After they washed and dried my hair, and I saw the color, I didn't see the point in saying anything (since they can't give me back my natural hair). When making the appointment, a big point was made (by their staff) of scheduling me with someone who would know how to handle my hair type and do a balayage, I do not see how this helped my case. It may look ok, but I am very disappointed to have walked out with completely different hair than i asked for. I will not return here.

Stevi has been my stylist for almost five years, and I've never been disappointed! Her professionalism came out in the very first interaction with her, and she truly is an excellent operator with a varied arsenal of skills. I've sent many friends to her and they also have become "regulars." If you are looking for a Christian, consistently excellent, compassionate and skilled beauty professional look no further!

Guys: Schedule with Casey L. She was professional, polite, informative, attentive, and quick. Plus, the price cannot be beat. Wonderful atmosphere, and happy staff. This place is one of the best in LBK. :)
