Once I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped. I had a little fifteen wait because I let someone else take my spot due to me being unable to decide. I also loved that the staff understood and took the other customers in. My hair stylist was Anthony. He did such an amazing job with my style. The whole entire time he talked to me and made sure I knew what I wanted. I went in asking for a lob, which most people go in with different expectations with lobs. So Anthony made sure to ask me exactly how I wanted it. And before each cut was made he’d explain to me what my hair would look like after. I absolutely loved his amazing work. I will definitely go back.

I really like this salon. The location (SP Mall) is convenient for me and the salon is clean and comfortable. The personnel there are friendly and professional. I am very happy with my latest haircut/ style.

I have been going with Romy for over a year and I have never had a problem with any of the employee's.  They are very helpful and are willing to help in anyway they can.  Regis Salon is the best!!

Dustin did a fantastic haircut on a co-worker, so decided to give him a try.  No problem scheduling an appointment and very friendly on the phone.  HOWEVER, my appointment was Sat at 1100.  The store opened at 0930.  One employee present when I showed up at 1050.  Texting during a less than enthusiastic greeting and minimal eye contact.  Another employee showed up and gave me a brief greeting and a smile.  At 1102, Dustin called the store to say he's be 5-10 minutes late.  The second lady while chewing food relayed this info to me and I understood the gist of it as her food chewing interfered with the message delivery.  At 1120 with no further contact from any employee, I cancelled my appointment and received a "OK".  Not asked if I wanted to reschedule nor ever offered any beverage.  Very unprofessional customer service.  Got one star for my co-workers haircut!

Romy Lopez, was my stylist. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Usually try to set up appointments with him but even if I don’t he can squeeze me in, and he takes care of me. Asks what I want and also specializes in what products I should use for my hair!!!!! Usually he saves me a lot of money by just doing a bundle for my cut, shampoo, and eye brows waxed. I’d def recommend going to see Romy.
