la Madeleine is a refreshing cafe, I had forgotten how nice their plates and interior design are. I remember the wooden interiors with spinning water wheels and the warm feeling of a rustic French hearth.  This new bakery in Downtown Crown completes a great variety of shops along the grass common space with outdoor seating. I'll now remember the desserts and coffees when my sweet tooth demands satisfaction! The young women making coffees today had great energy and an impressive way with the cafe. My caramel macchiato was excellent.

Decent food. But you want to make sure that your order is correct when they bring it to you. I ordered my eggs over easy, but they arrived hard. Latte was supposed to be brought to the table but after 30 minutes I had to go ask for it at the counter, their response was "oh, you didn't get it." If I got it, then why would I ask for it. No sorry just "okay I'll bring it to the table." Kale salad barely had any Kale, but a heaping of quinoa when asked why such little Kale, they said that's the way they make.  The picture is what they advertise on their menu. My family owns International restaurant and a resort, thank God we don't run it like a slip shod operation.

I loved the ambience. The light music in the background in addition to the delicious food and coffee made it a perfect setting to relax and hang out. The bakery has a variety of items for the customers and it's really difficult to make a choice. Will keep visiting again and again to try more things out. The cafe also has WiFi so it's a comfy place to work on your laptop. Friendly staff and quite central too.

Nice atmosphere. Very tasty food. Free bread with your meal. Choice of fancy deserts if you want to splurge. 👍

Lovely place to get a good bite to eat and a great vibe to the place. A little tucked away in Rio next to Asia Nine with very nice customer service.
