My coffee and food was delicious but the service was horrible. The cashier/server was very abrupt and no help when I asked her for suggestions. She was the only one working the register and the floor but it wasn't busy at all. Her abrasive attitude over-shadowed her little attempt of customer service (fail). All three people I saw working were having loud personal conversations instead of checking on customers. Hard to enjoy a peaceful breakfast with that. No smiles, no pleasantries, no making me feel welcomed at all. I had a hard time even finding things like napkins or even butter for the bread. Place could use some dusting or something too. Five stars for the coffee and the spicy egg dish I had. But the low level of service and the 86 rating  knocked this all the way to a two star review.

First of all, the food is and has always been fantastic! The service is another story. The manager was doing his best with what he had to work with but the rest of the staff had no idea what was going on. Problems ordering, problems once we got our food (items missing), and the entire time we have been here the staff have been VERY loud in the kitchen. We are on the opposite side of a large stone wall and can still hear them talking and none of it has been about work. Get it together. Delicious food doesn't make up for bad service.

Went here a while ago, ordered a large order to go. Cashier was nice, manager was awesome had a great experience. Came back last week. Different cashier, same order. I have never been treated this poorly by anyone, at any restaurant, ever. Cashier said that she couldn't take my order and got her manager. Manager was a different manager this time as well. Made me feel like he was doing a favor for me by completing my order. I cannot recommend this place based off of inconsistent service.

All the food and ambiance is great. It's becoming a regular thing to go there with my family.

I really enjoy the croque monsieur and the french dip here! The atmosphere here is great and the staff is very friendly
