I don't like writing negative reviews because you never know what someone's going through or if they're just having a bad day but this place is not good.  Please heed the other reviews. The dining area is dirty and uninspired, the wait staff inattentive, and the food expensive. 
I ordered the goat curry and my friend ordered the chicken curry.  A mound of rice, five small slices of plantain and four cubes of freeze dried goat meat for $15.  If the food were prepared and not pulled out of the freezer/fridge and tossed in the microwave, the review would be way different.  This is not a good place and should be avoided.

Awful!!!  Just plain awful!  They served me leftovers reheated out of the refrigerator!
  The food they brought me was hot in some spots, and almost ice cold in other spots. ... And when I say cold, I don't mean room temperature, I mean freezing cold and slightly frozen!  I ordered curry chicken with rice and peas.  If this was actually being made to order, there is no way rice and peas should be partially frozen and the peas dried out.  I brought it to the waitress' attention, and she responded by telling me the food came out of the refrigerator.  I let her know I did not come here to be served leftovers, and that I can eat leftovers at home.  They had the audacity to still attempt to charge me for the leftovers meal they brought to me.  Needless to say, I refused, and went about my way.  I will NEVER eat here again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else do either.  Truthfully, if that is how they are preparing meals, they need a health inspection immediately!

Not fast food, don't be in a hurry. Veggies were perfectly cooked. Lunch special around $10 wasn't worth the wait, but not many African options around - so can't complain.

Horrible experience.... please safe your money, the food is tasteless like leftovers from yesterday and the inside is definitely not inviting at all very dirty. I have to ask them to clean my table before sitting down. Oh let me don't forget their soup is garbage period with no meat. They have the nerve to tell me that's how they do it and did not offer to change anything. How I wish I can give zero star because they don't deserve One star at all. I'm telling you DONT COME HERE PERIOD.

I don't even want to give it one star. I have frequented several African restaurants in the Atlanta area and this is by far the worst service and food I have ever had. The waitress- Josephine was so rude. My friend ordered Suya as an appetizer and didn't get it until after her entree. When she asked about the Suya, Josephine yelled "It it was done, I would have brought it out!" I was flabbergasted. The restaurant is dirty and was damn near empty, I just hoped the food and service would make up for it. Don't waste your time, gas, or money. Try Ike's, African Grill, or DishOut instead.
