Expensive and incompetent. I ordered chips with cheese and the blonde girl put COTIJA CHEESE all over the chips and she opened them from the top instead of making a cut on the side of the bag. The popular menu item is called Hot Cheetos with cheese and you assume it’s nacho cheese. She charged me $5 each for her screwup and the remake!

Amazing! My favorite La Michoacana Ice cream shop by far. Huge selection ,so many flavors and varieties to choose from and so far everything I've had is delicious from the paleta , Ice cream strawberry cheesecake, frutas secas, chocolate abuelita,ezquimal,chongos zamoranos , cookie monster, arroz con leche, Nuez, soooo many choices , Aguas frescas, Banana splits, Mangoneadas , And I just tried the Acai Bowl new on the menu and wow loved it too . The shop is super clean , they have great hours and the entire staff is soooo nice and welcoming , always. Thank you for such an authentic and pleasant "La Michoacana" Experience.
The paletas water based are amazing. I buy 10 or more, because u get 1 free for every 10. The employees are so helpful and friendly. I will be a customer till I die.
Customer service was bad went to help another customer I was next in line ignored me the other girl laughed because I said I was next. Very rude girls Karla and Emily and there was another girl worker she was laughing. I would never go there again
