The bread is good but most of the time it's old, for example from the morning. They don't make the same bread every single day which is sad because I can go every day for the bread that I want. The staff is okay they're not experts in customer service but they do their job. The place is clean overall, but there is no bathroom for the customers. Most of the stuff is overpriced.

Good food, good bread, good environment, good customer service. I got a tres leches latte and it was really great (I usually hate coffee).The cakes aren't as good as they used to be but everything else is good.

Their are some people that have attitude. I ordered one thing and they forgot about it completely. I waited maybe 20-25min for a simple breakfast sandwich. When I came up to the register, told the girl about it, she took care of it right away, I was fine with that since I was going to eat my breakfast there. Thou When she gave it to me she was rude about it, like if I was mad or was going to give her shit about it or something when I really wasn't at all. So I received it, it was the wrong sandwich that I ordered. Disappointed on that note thou I still ate it and over all didn't mind anymore since they have given me a two free pastries, and two free tacos of some meat to make up for the inconvenience. I was OK with that. Overall  customer service SHOULD BETTER! But food was good.

Refrigerated old cakes sold at this location. All other bake goods were rancid. Not many people know how to make a complain and get the value for their money is worth. The manager and employees proclaim to have freshly made cakes and bake goods just to sale overpriced $$$$. Management and employees are not welcoming and the woman working there have an attitude. They just want to get your money. They don't care about the NASTY TASTE from old cakes, bread or sweet bread. Their coffee is serve cold. All the internet propaganda is not real. The employees just want your money and get a paycheck.
