This place sucks, is more intrusive than any tyranic military interrogator. Even when providing ID,  one have to provide extra info
and then they lie and tell you they need  more info, cause there are other people receiving money with the same name as you. Lack of personality on the attendant.

La falta de comunicacion entre la Oficina de Republica Dominicana y la Oficina de la Broad providence Rhode island. No puedes recibir Tu dinero Si no ponen exactamente Tu nombre Como En El ID-USA no podras. Una empleada muy pedante con poca casi nula atencion Al cliente y servicio alguno. Este percanse siempre es con la misma persona entre 5 pm y 6:20 pm.

Que deben mejorar y identificar cual ventana es para Envios y cual entrees tambien la forma de indicar la linea a seguir durante la esperas.

Me han hecho ir 3 veces a buscar un envío, suerte que no es nada de emergencia, dicen que el envío aparece cancelado y cuando llamo a rd el envío esta vigente, mucha falta de comunicación y tratan a las personas como que es a pedir que uno va, cuando ya cobraron por el servicio pésimo que dan
