The bus schedules are very confusing especially for new users and they often change them as soon as you get used to them.

To work at ripta has been a very wonderful  place to work for there are some good employees that are working here.

I ve been appreciating RIPTA service ever since I rode it and still admire drivers and establishments but just realized WORST customer service ever, if you lose anything inside the bus then forget about it.. You are not gonna get it back regardless how valuable it is. Customer service over phone don't even wanna bother giving you an information, only thing they can do is transfer the call, then nobody will pick it up and send to voicemail. Customer Service in Elwood i believe don't even deserve 1 star.. there should be something below par ratings in google. Moral of the story be careful with your stuff while riding RIPTA and don't forget to have a last check before you leave the bus. But don't even bother calling ELMOOD Ave Customer Service..
