Small airport with the WORST TSA layout I've seen in a LONG time. Even if you have pre-check, plan to wait 5-10 just to get through - LAX at its busiest is faster! The layout is the problem - they make multiple bottle necks causing their own chaos!

Just one line. Don't bother with business select. There's only PRE and regular line.

Check in and security can be a crap shoot. I have flown in and out of here a couple of times now. It is a smaller airport so generally it is not crowded. On my most recent trip though both the ticketing lines along with the security lines were excessive. I arrived about an hour and a half early, which last time was more than enough time. This time however, it took me about an hour to get my bag checked and through security, much longer than I expected but luckily for me I am one of those travel dorks that gets to the airport extra early.

ONT is one of the smallest and least occupied airports I have been to in a while.  TSA is super short. However, bring your food before going through. Expensive bad fast food If they are open.

Power on the poles... But only two plugs.  Only one bathroom next to TSA.
