There are bad airports but this one takes the cake for the WORST airport ever.  It is poorly managed and is run by mediocre management.  From airport planning to airport parking...  What were they thinking when they built it???  Sounds like someone was smoking pot when it was designed!  Y'all should have left the little old terminal alone and not build the mess y'all built with your not so new and ultra inefficient terminal.  If y'all need help designing airports, come to Texas!  We'll show you how it's done!!!

Way better than lax in my oppion but the location is great but you can’t hear the people call out there flight stuff when on American and it needs to be fixed ASAP

This was the worst hotel experience of our lives!! I want our story on the nightly news! The hotel has a nice outward appearance but don't be fooled!! The clerks are behind bulletproof glass, that should've been my first red flag. There are cameras everywhere. Upon research I found out the reason for all the cameras is so they can monitor 24/7 if someone comes to your room. They charge a fee per visitor!!!! Unheard of! The elevator was carpeted wall to wall with 1970s carpet with holes. The hallway reeked of cigarettes, marijuana, and was very musty & stuffy.  The room was outdated, dingy &  dark. Nothing bedside had any power to it. The alarm clock nor the lamps, both did not work. Long story short we survived our sleep but knew we would never go back. FAST FORWARD TO CHECKOUT! We left a cash deposit. My hubby went to check out and they said "Sorry sir we can't give your deposit back because it seems we counted and some towels are short. He thought he was clearly being pranked. We obviously did not steal disgusting thin used towels from a rundown establishment! I mean really? A manager would not come out! They would only hand us a phone to speak with one who said "You can't prove you didn't take them". I was outraged. I asked them to check our car & bags. They refused. Hours of arguing and falsely accusing us. They charged us for towels just enough so it ate up our entire deposit less $1! Let me add that during our arguing I mentioned that we never complained that the alarm clock or bedside lamps didn't work ( we didn't want some strange handy man out of a horror movie to come in our room, we knew we would survive without them working) They replied with "if we have someone go check the room again and the clock doesn't work then that means you broke it and we will charge you for that too".What!???? Appalling!!!! I will not let this go. This hotel should be shut down! I'm sick to my stomach over this.

The tsa security is ridiculous here.  I fly often and every time i fly through here i get harassed and/or humiliated by the tsa. I know there's reason for security but it seems like they are all on a power trip and enjoy screwing with passengers.

Nice, neat, small, airport, easy to find your way around, a small handful of food selections, and general shops, 100x more manageable than LAX.
